So I finally got the fisherman's pocket guide and made the cell phone (yay!) but the fishing power displayed by it is being weird. Like for example, sometimes holding my golden fishing rod only makes it go up by 40 rather than 50, sometimes putting on the angler set only rewards 4 fishing power per piece when it's supposed to be 5, also when i hold other things in my inventory besides my ... .
